Hello. Lets talk about the state of news as of today.

Don’t worry. This’ll be quick.

For those of you who don’t know, I am one of the co-founders of No Heart Warming Stories.

No Heart Warming Stories (or N.H.W.S. for short) is a small group of authors, artist, programmer, etc. who…well, we really have nothing to show for ourselves. All I can say is we’re working on Cocytus Investigations and started a little side project on the side known as Zombilight, which is exactly what it sounds like on the tin. Of course, both the Cocytus Devblog and Zombilight blog are hosted off site at Blogger because, while I love WordPress, Blogger is more required for these kinds of project blogs.

I mean, its mostly that WordPress doesn’t support custom themes and customized widgets unless you use the WordPress suite. But thats a topic for another day. After all, this is my own personal blog and I wouldn’t change it for much.

Anywho, both of those projects are in their infancy. Hell, its been about a year since Cocytus started and we’re still cranking out rough drafts. I suppose those of you who are interested will be checking that out.

There’s also my status as a member of UNB Studios, or UNBS for short. While I’m overseas, I’ll be providing the occasional hand held review for them, seeing as, uh, all I have available are handhelds.

So, the world of GWT is busy. Kind of. If that counts as busy.

Does anybody even really care? Thanks for caring.

Expect weekly updates more often here and bi-weekly or so at the site of Cocytus and Zombilight. UNB, well…it’ll get updates as I produce, I guess.

1| Log on to do the nifty Username Thing in an attempt to become GWT the Blob.

2| Realize Facebook haet 3-character names.

3| Rage. Instead, go against the entire idea of “making it easy to find you” by making a horribly complex, cosmic-horror-esque name.

4| GuzulamagelWirithtlagTiamabtyh.

Haha, it’s been a while since I last updated this! You thought I forgot you existed, didn’t you, blog-whom-no-one-reads.
Anyway, straight to the point. Today I wanna talk about OpenID.

What is OpenID you ask?

Imagine an internet where you only need one log in, one password. You have the same identity everywhere you go. If you’re someone somewhere, you’ll be that same person somewhere else. Its a huge hive mind system for you, where you can be LinkSword### all over the internet.

It slowly has been intergrated everywhere. Even Facebook is now supporting it. What does this mean?

Well, it means I am GWT all the time everywhere. Between here (WordPress), Facebook, Twitter, LastFM, and hundreds of other places. Not including the added potential involved with Facebook Connect.

In fact, some of you are reading this on Facebook right now.
And some of you are noticing my Twitter updates change my Facebook Status.
At the same time, the tweets are published here on the blog.
Lets say it simply: I am GWT everywhere and everywhere has a portion of GWT.
